This explains plenty for some of them. Goodness, how many thousands are on this stuff.

50 Cent, Mary J Blige, and Tyler Perry are among the names mentioned.

1. But the difference is--they AREN'T CHEATING.
If celebs not in sports choose tio fuck themselves up, I really don't care.

3. we should care about the bigger implications
I knew 2 fashion models. I tried to encourage them to leave the industry b/c I think it's a twisted reality, one finally did. But it sucks to see celebs giving a false representation to kids of what a man or woman is supposed to look like. I think they can still get busted for doing HGH without a reason.

5. That's why it shouldn't be a separate issue, IMHO.
The entire artificially acheived beauty standard ought to be addresssed as a whole, IMHO, but you have a point.

The whole "Tyler Perry presents" thing just kills me.

8. But MLB had no rule against steroids at the time!!!
Oh, I guess that flimsy excuse doesn't work so well with Hollywood stars.

I guess we'll just have to let them off the hook because they're better than we "little people".

9. To me this is much worse
In sports I get it. The drug to enhance a players ability to play the game and in many cases extend the career length. But it some how seems less a threat to society. I mean most people aren't Roger Clemens and thus not in a position that 2-5 years more time in MLB is an advantage. Most people aren't going to be in MLB ever. But these celebrities are people with no "need" for these drugs. Or maybe not. You could argue the need is the same. The "look" provided by these drugs is worth more $. I mean would Sly Stallone have been able to crack out a Rocky and a Rambo without taking this stuff. So I guess even in entertainment there's an advantage to be had.
