Conventional Wisdom Among Con Pundits: Bush Will Ignore Any Restrictions on Iraq Funds

I've read this in a handful of columns by prominent cons over the past few days that Bush will just issue a signing statement after passage of new funds for Iraq and Afghanistan that try to limit the surge or place any restrictions on the funds saying that these restrictions are unconstitutional and ignore them.

I can't believe the hubris of these people to suggest such a course of action in such a cavalier manner.

I've always been skeptical of the impeachment movement, but a move like almost makes it seem like they want to get impeached.
