I would have agreed with you.

the fact that so many people signed on to the BS after 9/11 completely soured me on the populus. We can quibble about numbers but if even 85% gave * a pass after that disgraceful performance during and after the crisis is very problematic. There are MSM figures of 90+% popularity.
