Secret plan to divvy up Iraq announced by Rep. Michele Bachmann
Minnesota Wingnut Michele Bachmann evidently has learned of a secret plan already agreed to by Iraq and Iran that would divide Iraq up to include a safe-haven zone for terrorists. Bachmann made these comments on a podcast last week with St. Cloud (MN) Times reporter Larry Schumacher:

"Iran is the trouble maker, trying to tip over apple carts all over Baghdad right now because they want America to pull out. And do you know why? It’s because they’ve (Iran & Iraq) already decided to partition Iraq. And half of Iraq, the western, northern portion of Iraq, is going to be called, um, the the Iraq State of Islam something like that. And I’m sorry, I don’t have the official name, but it’s meant to be the training ground for the terrorists. There’s already an agreement made. They are going to get half of Iraq and that is going to be a terrorist free safe haven zone…."

Now, this is some pretty heavy stuff, and I haven't seen it reported anywhere else. Has anyone else out here heard of the new Iraq State of Islam? Can anyone shed some light on this new development? How can t5his have gone unreported?

4. The documentary record is clear - all partition plans originated with neocons...
And have been advocated for more than 10 years.

Now they're busy spinning the propaganda so that it will look like splitting up Iraq was originally Iran's idea (when in fact, if even true, this is a reaction to the obvious US policy design of breaking up the ME into ethnic fragments at permanent war with each other).

3. We in Minnesota are so blessed
Florida dumps Katherine Harris and Minnesota decides its time for us to have the nuttiest rep. :scared:

Agreed, serious stuff and she appears to have pulled it out of her fertile and ever-so whack-jobbed imagination.

6. Bachmann also has advocated keeping a nuclear attack "on the table" as an option against Iran
"We certainly don't want to move toward a nuclear response anytime soon or without an abundance of caution."

"We can't remove any option off the table and we should not remove the nuclear response."

5. How dare them...Don't they know Cheney and his big Energy Cohorts
have already done the dividing. They did that long before we even invaded Iraq. In Cheney's Secret Energy Meetings Iraq's oil was divvied up and is it any wonder Exxon and BP have had their greatest profit in history in the last year or so?
