THE GEORGE W. BUSH PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY
Breaking News: The draft plans for the George W. Bush Library now call for:

The Alberto Gonzales Room - Where you can't remember any of the exhibits.

The Hurricane Katrina Room - It's still under construction.

The Texas Air National Guard Room - Where you don't have to even show up.

The Walter Reed Hospital Room - Where they don't let you in.

The Guantanamo Bay Room - Where they don't let you out.

The Weapons of Mass Destruction Room - Nobody has been able to find it.

The War in Iraq Room - After you complete your first tour, they can force you to go back for your second and third and fourth and fifth tours.

The K-Street DC Project Gift Shop - Where you can buy an election, or, if no one cares, steal one.

The Men's Room - Where you could meet a Republican Senator or two.

The My Pet Goat Room-- Where you can stare off into space as the nation collapses around you.

When asked, President Bush said that he didn't care so much about the individual exhibits as long as his museum was better than his father's.

12. It's more than I thought. I thought there would be a room for his
old bicycles, one for photos before and after his conversion, and one for some papers - things he wrote when he was working on the AL elections during the 70's, the originals of the signing statements and executive orders, film of his speeches - all edited for grammar and memory corrections.

20. The Signing Statement Room
Where you are invited to write something, anything in a ledger knowing that Bush will completely ignore whatever you write.

24. Or better yet - where a group of representatives write something and
it's ignored.

But, seriously, it's not just him ignoring us - it's a method of erosion promoted by the Federalist Society and compatible with their agenda - to rewrite the Constition and in the Preface - say that we were never really a democracy, the founding fathers never intended a democracy, we are a facisocracy (or however it would be spelled).
