Maybe some of you don't mind the circle of friends in Washington
Edited on Fri Jan-11-08 06:31 AM by Snotcicles
that think we owe them a candidate that will play ball, and go along to get along. But they have a rude awakening coming. There are a lot of us who meant it, when we voted for change in 2006. We are still waiting to collect. And until we are confident we have our real change candidate, will we get it. After seeing the rush to welcome the tame, reach across the isle flim flam, I am more curtain then ever, we need John Edwards. You should be to. You can support who every you want, but don't knock me, our try to shut me out because I don't buy the old crap just because it's in a new package. What the hell is the big hurry about? are the new job openings time sensitive?

I'm in this damn thing with John Edwards until the end. My vote is not for sale, I won't give it away, and I'll be damned if I 'm going to let them just con me out of it, or just stand there, and watch it be stolen. I've worked to hard, spent to much money and emotion, to lay down now, and so have you. Hang in and fight, our whole way of life deserves it, and our democracy will be stronger for it. My president dose not have to be buddy buddy with every jerk in DC. As a matter of fact I would prefer he or she not be.

This is how I see it: The one thing that is of equal value, to both rich and poor alike, is their VOTE.

Oh edit: To John Edwards, if you happen see this. If you see anything in this you can use, by all means.
I'm off to work, later.

2. I agree with you. and I will vote for Edwards as long as he's in the race.
If the majority of the Democrats decide that "go along, get along" is the best path to the White House, I will support him or her, for the sake of the Supreme Court.

But it will be a "lesser evil" kind of vote for me.

5. have no fear
regardless of the result of the primaries, just remember that all progressives must continue their work.
the election doesnt put an end to those of us who know and respect the true values of the democratic party and most importantly the value of human beings over corporations or financial institutions.

no matter who represents us, change will still be thriving from within.
we will change the DNC(it has already changed some versus 8 years ago) from the inside after this election ;)
