4. You know, it would have been real interesting to see what would have happened with Liberman

I mean, let's say 9/11 occurred right on schedule and Gore/Lib were in the White House. Obviously the response would have been very much different but it is interesting to ponder what role Liberman might have played. Given the opportunity, by President Gore, to spearhead a truly focused para-military law enforcement operation to identify, find, and round up those directly responsible for the atrocity Liberman might have come out of it looking like a national hero.
