When NPR gives you an 8:35AM puffpiece interview, YOU ARE the establishment candidate
I couldn't believe my ears this morning on the way to work. Right after the 8:30 AM news there was Obama on the phone with Steve Inskeep with one of the puffiest interviews I've ever heard on National Propaganda Radio. As a longtime listener and internet enthusiast, I know this is the very best military industrial complex propaganda in the media. NPR's management has been corrupted by CIA/voice of america types. In fact after slavishly promoting Obama they went into their normal trashing of Hugo Chavez. Then they played a tape of Edwards concession speech and then trashed Hillary because she wasn't confident that she would win earlier on primary day. I'm sure Wes Clark supporter remember the way NPR did Wes Clark and I think if Wes got an interview like this instead ot the mostly silent treatment teamed with a few well aimed jabs, Wes might have become president. Listen for yourselves at the link below.

1. Huffingtonpost is sounding more like the Drudgereport everyday.
I've noticed that they too have gone along with the "bash Hillary" mob. Randi Rhodes is clearly showing her bias against her too. She referred to Wes Clark as "old" and "tired". :wtf:
I am sick of this Hillary hate. Obama is not prize package.

2. To be fair,...
... I heard a similar interview, not too long and over the phone, with John Edwards monday morning.

I think they will do similar interviews with all 3 major candidates. And with the pukes also.

That said, NPR sucks ass in general, they still engage in an awful lot of spin and selective reporting.

3. NPR is good for culture, not news. No secret there.
Tune into This American Life. Tune Out of Morning Edition. :)

4. The point is that Obama is the corporate establishment favorite
other wise they would be trashing him like they do Hillary or ignoring him for the most part like Edwards now and Clark in 2000.

5. NPR no longer exists. It derives its revenues from corporations and they now...
have just as many true commercials as a commercial station, whats worse at least here in Houston is that you have to listen to HALLIBURTON commercials. The fuckers won. There is no other source for news of the USA now except to waade through a half dozen foreign newspapers and broadcasts. RIP to reasoned news.
