One Damned Caucus and everyone with an internet account wants to think we've won the election

We are nowhere in the processs yet. Even tomorrow when we know who took each of two small states it will be far from over. I would counsel all the overexurberent Obama supporters and Clinton's and Edwards' supporters too that with New Hampshire only 4% of the states and about 3% of the population will have had their say. There is a mighty long way to go.

All of the heretofore doubtful and cautious democrats are now being swept away by renewed hope.

2. The excitement is over who turned out /is turning out in these states.

If a fraction of the people who sat out the 200 & 2004 Presidential elctions had come out to vote, there is no way those elections would have been stolen.

4. Rain on the parade

You have to admit, it's been a pretty amazing change in the race in a very short time. That's exciting and I would think all the political junkies on this board would be trying to figure it out where it came from and what it means.

8. Funny, I haven't seen any change.

I've always maintained that Hillary was weaker than the media made her out to be, the polls were flawed, and the contest would shake out to be Edwards v/ Obama. That Huckabee would be a stronger contender than anyone was giving him credit for, and on that side it will be between Huckabee and Romney.

And things are shaping up just that way. Hillary could still shake things up; as could McCain. but I'm not expecting it.

6. Personally if I was....

In one of the remaining 48 states, I'd be pretty well pissed off at everyone telling me who i should vote for. No candidate sgould be crowned until the convention. In fact they should make it a rule that if you go for the Presidency, you must contest all states and you cannot drop out and must go to all the way to the convention, you take it all or nothing.

I'd also make it a rule that all candidates must stay on all states ballots, no taking them off. To run a race and pull out after 1 caucus is so dumb.

14. It's great actually because a whole new generation is coming in....

...to the process. I think it's wonderful for those of us who have been around this block before to mentor and educate the new voices that we see are joining us. It's an opportunity to illuminate and disseminate as much good information as we can. Those of us that are knowledgeable about the process need to generously share that knowledge and empower this great new wave of voters. Most important is we all really care, and want to do the right thing.

Congrats and welcome to ALL the new voices and voters joining us!!! Regardless of which candidate you support, I'm so glad you've joined us. It is far from over.... and a slumbering giant called America is awakening.

15. There was only a 4% gap between Obama and Clinton, I think...

Clinton supporter here and I'm happy she won, but even I recognize this isn't a done deal. 48 states to go and as close as it is we haven't a clue on how it's gonna turn out. :)
