She Wasn't Crying.
If you want to get technical.

Crying usually involves actual tears falling. Sobbing also goes with the general definition.

Just sayin' ...

1. Edwards does the same thing all the time
His eyes water up, his face gets pained, he speaks softly and talks about his personal feelings --but on him it's his passion.

when he gets angry and raises his voice --he's commanding --not shrill.

25. AND, he wasn't going to say anything about "it" , but then he did in the same sentence.
Couldn't resist the opportunity to slam her and play into the Faux/Limbaugh machine. Nice job Junior Mc NoJob.

This one I'm having a hard time getting over. Deep inside I still think JE would be perfectly fine as a President, but I'm put off, to say the least.

27. They ALL would be fine.
even the ones that have dropped already would have been fine.

The rest is minor policy quibbles and who do you think has the right approach.

Edwards and Obama would make wonderful Presidents.

Hillary would make the type of President I WANT.

7. How About "Exhaustion"?
With the right stimulants, someone under the age of 25 or 30 can easily go 24-36 hours with no sleep, then spend 24 hours dead cold to catch back up. Happens all the time. Candidates don't get the luxury right now to try to make up for lost sleep.

Try it at 61 and see how well you do.

Her facial expression was (of) grief...

Plus a split-second blast of complete loneliness.

I think what we saw was reality enveloping her like a fog bank--she knows how important it is to win the early primaries easily.

17. You know...I am an Edwards Supporter but...
I think her voice was breaking because she is hoarse and I think she is also exhausted. I really didn't see where she was emotional in the sense that she was breaking under the pressure. I think she was trying to be honest. I doubt any of us but the younger ones here could keep up the pace these candidates are working at during this time.

23. It's Huge
Oh hugh, if you prefer. The sleep deprivation, that is. I can't do it anymore and I'm still younger than Obama - who we're told is resting his voice tonight.

watch her body language
she kept shaking her head "no" as she talked about her passion. When she talked about herself, she was shaking her head yes. Fake. Oh, I believe she feels very sorry for herself but I don't think for one instant she worries about anything other than not winning this election.

I am not her biggest fan, but I think she's done a fine job as our senator in NY.

24. Crying or not --- it does not one damn thing to make me want to vote...
for her more.

I don't get all the exhaustive analysis of whether Hillary was technically crying or technically faking it. It matters not.

The pace all the candidates are keeping is like running back to back marathons - being crazy tired results in all sorts of things. I do empathize with Hillary's exhaustion. I don't see her misty eyed explanation as garnishing any more support from most people.

In other words, it's irrelevant.

Go EDWARDS - Go OBAMA!
