Hillary gets my vote
She would make a fantastic president, and deserves some support from the party that she has served so well.

13. Here's another good reason: Hillary is the furthest left candidate we have running
with viability.

28. To me her "woman's perspective" went out the door when she supported GD Bush and his
neocon war. Sorry, just me.

4. And mine, JBM
She can form a government from Day 1 and that's very important for me. I know others can form governments,
but she has seen just about all of it...and knows all of those forces that play on the executive and legislative
branches...the good the bad the ugly. And she knows the players and needs across the world.

And she has been there for 35 years and what an important 35 years that has been for women. She's my heroine tonight
for sure.

9. She's my heroine too. She really understands the deep damage that * has done
and how important it is to get appointments in place quickly. Many of these critical appointments are buried in the Cabinet departments and a newcomer won't really grasp how important these are. She "gets it".

She's fought even more battles than I've fought, and she's won way more.

I'm with Hillary.

Will she dump NAFTA, CAFTA and WTO?? Will she break up the media monopolies? Will she restore habeas corpus? Help me out here. Kucinich and Edwards will take on the corporitists, will Sen Clinton?? Will she end the war in less than a decade?

6. It is time for a woman president. Bush has devastated the elegance of the country
with his farts and back rubs. Let's try a new strategy! Now that you have my answer can you say that the other candidates can give the USA a woman president?

14. What about geting two for one and nominate Condi?...
Edited on Mon Jan-07-08 07:38 PM by calipendence
Then you can get a black person AND a woman elected!

But no, you say, she's not going to do the right things for us and is a Republican and therefore doesn't deserver our vote! I say, PRECISELY! It isn't just that Hillary's a woman that is the reason to vote for her for this job. It's WHAT she's going to do that IS the question! Someone that is too obligated to corporate America when that is the fundamental problem this nation faces? Thanks but NOT THANKS! We need someone else that will change that equation and not LIVE off of it! Woman or no! Minority or no!

23. So we should vote for Senator Clinton simply because she's a woman?
Thats a terrible reason to vote for someone. I prefer to look at her stance on the issues and not her gender.

And thats why I won't be voting for her in the primaries.

7. Mine too JBM.
We don't need the MSM and 80,000 Iowans telling us what we should do. We need experience on day 1 not another on-the-job training President.

are pushing me towards her. I still support Obama as well, but Hillary gets my vote.

25. What viciously ugly attacks? Evidence please. Pointing out that she supported the Bush war
is not an attack. Is that what you are referring to? Or that she supports torture under certain circumstances?
