lasted about 10 seconds, was probably planned, Obamistas thought it was a Dean moment. It was so important that I watched the debate but didn't even notice it (even though I saw it) until some posters tried to turn it into "dean scream"

It was pretty understandable, since she'd just gotten conspicuously double-teamed by Obama and Edwards. It was probably the highest-tension moment of the debate, but it wasn't "Dean Scream" material. Then again, the "Dean Scream" wasn't "Dean Scream" material either, that was blown way out of proportion at the time...

All four candidates handled themselves pretty well, though Edwards was certainly the winner. By the end, everyone had composure. The only person there who truly made an ass out of himself was Charles Gibson.

Obama didn't need to win that debate, he needed to not lose it, and he didn't. Clinton needed to win it, and she didn't. Edwards needed to win it, and he did. This will very shortly turn into an Obama/Edwards race, rather than an Obama/Clinton one.

I sincerely doubt that. I think it'd be more likely that 50% of the Clintonites would sit out the primaries if she dropped out, and the rest would be fairly well split among Obama, Edwards, and Richardson. That's just my guess, though.

In any case, as I mentioned in another thread, I think it's likely Obama and Edwards are already allied for an O/E or E/O ticket, in which case their most important task would be making sure Hillary doesn't get the nomination.
