1. Similarly, you could ask if 15>14.
Edited on Sat Jan-05-08 08:33 PM by TwilightZone
The problem you would encounter, of course, is that the 15 goes with the 29.47, not the 29.75.

12. Context is EVERYTHING! (edited)
Edited on Sat Jan-05-08 08:48 PM by Buzz Clik
16>15, no doubt. Thus, 29.75>29.47.

============

EDIT: considering the information provided below, I need to revise the above:

Normally, 29.75>29.47. In this case, 15>14, thus 29.75<29.47.

Gotta love American politics.

14. Sorry, that should have been 15>14.

The 15 goes with the 29.47, not the 29.75.

So, in context, Edwards "won", but still lost.

16. The difference was because of superdelegates.
Obama received 16, of course. Kind of hard to make my point when I had the wrong numbers. :silly:

11. Funny. I remember Edwards ending in NH 2004 about 5 points behind Clark and calling it a tie
The media followed suit - in fact New York Times went right in and reversed the results until we forced them to retract. So, while I agree - there is no tie in Iowa, I can't stop from enjoying the poetic justice! Edwards is now living the hell he created for Clark in 2004.
