Congratulations Senator Obama...
You, Sir, have done very well and have made this American proud. Nice job in Iowa... :toast: Here's to your continued success. Also, a heart-felt BRAVO! to all your supporters and should the good Senator win the nomination... I will be proud to be considered one of them.

Also Congratulations to Gov. Huckabee and all his supporters... I don't know enough about you to despise you but in time, I'm sure I will come to revile the sight of you. For now, well done and good luck in the next primary.

2. I have no horse in the dem race
There is admittedly no candidate who inspires me more than the others, and they are all flawed in very big ways. They've all done things that piss me off and I think they all will have a tough, uphill battle against almost any republican who is nominated (admittedly this is because of the media more than anything else).

That being said Obama's win is definitely more inspiring to me than any other candidate because of it's historic aspects. And I'm guessing even though I'm not an Obama supporter that if he is the eventual nominee it will hit me in a way that it might not if it is Edwards or Clinton.

I have my issues with him and with many things he's done and said. But the change that he represents for both dems and the country is inspiring to me in many ways. If he keeps his "reaching across the aisle" instincts in check enough to not bash other dems or dem positions then it could be a good thing.

Only time will tell at this point.
