I believe Obama will do better in a primary than in a caucus...
Edited on Thu Jan-03-08 03:49 PM by kentuck
There is a difference. I don't believe Obama will do as well in the caucus tonight as some might expect. It doesn't mean that he doesn't have a lot of support. However, a caucus is more about organization than is a primary. I would expect him to do better in New Hampshire than in Iowa. No matter the results in tonight's caucus, I would recommend that Obama's supporters stay positive.

2. I think he'll do fine
His organization in Iowa is actually excellent - they're even offering child care for this evening for young parents who want to caucus.

3. His campaign has been praised by different quarters numerous times
FOR their organization. I think he's got it covered.

4. Did you hear about the 1,000 house parties?
Did you know Marshall Ganz is one of his chief advisors on grassroots organizing? There's a lot going on in the Obama campaign that DUers just don't want to know about.

"Ganz, a former civil rights and labor organizer with figures like Cesar Chavez, also worked with the United Farm Workers."

6. And I'm not even an Obama supporter...
:-) I'm just saying what I think will happen tonight and attempting to put the proper "spin" on the story, once it happens.
