14. Dodd was just on MSNBC and was asked who he was going to throw his support
Edited on Wed Jan-02-08 01:10 PM by OnceUponTimeOnTheNet
to tomorrow. He took offense at the question and stated that he has received calls Offering things, to do just that. He refused to say which candidates were doing this. He feels he would be selling his supporters to the highest bidder, and that this is not an Auction. He will Not throw his supporters to anyone, that's up to them to decide.

I wonder just what are these people offering.

4. Maybe DK thinks only Obama has a chance against Hillary?
And, he wants to be sure change is possible. It seems he chose Obama because he feels Obama is a change that can win.

7. DK is polling at 1% in Iowa
Edited on Wed Jan-02-08 12:44 PM by DefenseLawyer
Why is everyone acting as if this is relevant? I suppose it is no different than how the Kucinich cult has pretended he is relevant since the start of the campaign. Who is to say that DK supporters will heed his call and vote for Obama? Who is to say they will even bother to show up now that their guy has thrown in the towel? So even assuming that a certain percentage of his 1% does swing to Obama, well, big deal.

9. Obama personally murdered little baby Jesus
And he's the most conservative democrat in the senate somehow. He's also personally murdered 5031 gay people, just for kicks. Another thing, both of his daughters are owned by GE, due to a deal he made with a couple lobbyists.

It's all true, someone at a rally told me so.

It is unthinkable that any progressive would support him.

11. Oh, I dunno - Doesn't trust Edwards, perhaps?
Maybe he's figured out there's something to this whole "talk to the other side" approach? (nah, not Dennis, that can't be it.)

I'm guessing he has a better view of both candidates than we do, and Obama comes out more genuine.
