3. It's only on the OP's posts

That feature is only on the post that starts a thread... none of the other posts in the thread have it. I imagine it's put there for the convenience of people who want to either bookmark a certain thread or send the link of a certain thread to someone. I don't think you can get rid of it anymore than you can get rid of other features of a post like the alert button, recommend button, reply button, donate button, etc. I don't know why you'd want to get rid of it either.

I wonder why this is not blocked along with our preferences to block advertising when browsing DU.
