Wait a goddamn second....

...if Bhutto was right in her assertion that bin Laden is long dead then how could he make the most recent video? Oh, that's right the tape was a fake. So who is running al Qaeda and the worldwide terrorism movement? Oh, that's right Emmanuel Goldstein.

Ms. Pelosi and Mr. Reid will you please remove the two (and I apologize in advance for this word) cocksucking motherfucking cancers from the Oval Office. Or would you rather see the world incinerated (including your grandchildren Ms. Pelosi)?

1. help a gal out...are you talking about thin Osama or slightly tubby Osama?
I get the two confused.

Either way we should be optimistic. After all, once we get rid of Osama it's all done because we caught both the #2 AND #3 al qaeda members at least 5 or 6 times already.

2. There's a thin and a slightly tubby Osama?
Oh man! I was just getting close to figuring out the black bearded and the grey bearded versions! Now I have to think weight too? No wonder this asshat can't be found! He has more faces than Boris Karloff!

4. You mean you already forgot the first "Osama lost sessions bootleg tape"
Supposedly found in Afghanistan in November 2001. The one where Bin Laden allegedly confessed to the 9-11-01 attacks. Except the guy on the tape looked NOTHING like Osama.....

5. How soon I forget!
Thanks for the reminder... shoot... It's hard enough to get that kind of nose job in Beverly Hills... but in the caves of Afghanistan, it must be tough!

6. if you think nose jobs are tough in the caves....
try treating your kidney dialysis!

Then again, WTF do we know about living in caves? Maybe it really is easier. At this point, the health care certainly seems more accessible for the self employed.

7. Shoot... you might be right...
And those caves might be decked out with all sorts of conveniences for all we know.

I wonder what the longest case of ongoing dialysis is... how long can a person expect to live that way? Ooops... now that I've said that out loud we'll surely hear about his kidney transplant... surgery performed in a cave, naturally.

8. According to this online thing, the longest is 35 years!
DU makes me research odd facts. Now I'm ready for Jeopardy:

http://www.bethisraelny.org/whatsnew/kidney.html

The challenge of the future for nephrologists is to increase the longevity of patients with kidney failure. Dr. Avram's patient, Essie Rinehart, who has been receiving dialysis (artificial kidney treatment) for 35 years at Long Island College Hospital , is already the longest living person in the world without natural kidneys. While prevention is always the best course of action, Dr. Avram's promising new research involving a blood component called prealbumin has far-reaching implications for the treatment of patients with kidney disease as well as a variety of other public health issues related to malnutrition.

....

If this is the longest dialysis patient OUTSIDE of a cave, I wonder how long the cave people survive.

DAMN. Now we're back to step one: When it comes to ongoing dialysis longevity for cave people, are we talking about the thin dark beard cave man, the tubby dark beard cave man, the thin grey beard cave man or the tubby grey beard cave man? Vegas is probably taking bets on this already so my money is on the tubby dark beard cave man.
