Watching Cnn-IBN (India), reporting on Bhutto medical report
Shots fired, no bullets struck her. Shrapnel didn't hit her either. Cause of death: Skull fracture caused by Bhutto falling (shockwave from bomb) and hitting her head on a sunroof lever.

Hmmmmmmm....
