This isn't a poll because the answers are varying shades of grey and US interests are damned if we do interfere and damned if we don't interfere.

India, Afghanistan, China, the US, and known terrorists groups all have a stake in them as well. For those that aren't aware, Pakistan and India not only absolutely do have WMDs in the form of nukes, they've tested them despite international pleas that they not do so (it was essentially a pissing match but the piss was radioactive). Anarchy in Pakistan could well lead to a nuclear war if India gets nervous.

So let's play US State Department--knowing full well our collective wisdom beats Ms. Rice's by a country mile.

What do you think?

1. Not a goddamn thing as the US.
Let them have their elections and encourage international groups to ensure a fair transparent elections happen.

2. It's all a sham anyways.
If you really think the US is currently all about democracy in the middle east, I challenge you to find one we are friends with (don't use Israel).

3. With America's history of "helping" countries, we should do the world a favor and keep off.
Alas, that idea is destined for the "fat chance" shelf.
