Which leads to Valerie Plame being outed to stop her exposure of Pakistan's nefarious dealings (and our own "patriots" who have participated....), and even potentially 9-11 and....

You get it though. I'd go even farther than you if I may, it's not just Pakistan that's the elephant: it's KSA, and Israel, and Euro and Asian cartels, etc. Don't stop at just one - there's a plethora of big money consortiums working along this political (assasination?) trail. Everyone jockeying for power, everyone convinced that they can keep the rabble in line. Here in the US we have a nation of sheeple who (appear) to be in a fog, but elsewhere the violence is driven by wild ass emotions and actions that spiral into madness....
