Choose your candidate quiz
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/interactives/candidatequiz/

Some things I noticed that make this less than perfect:
1) Kucinich isn't listed at all
2) neither is Gore

It's a 25 question quiz, and to my surprise my choice was Richardson! He had 35 points, and Obama was 2nd with 33 points.

Just for the heck of it I tried the rethuglican version as well. Ron Paul won with McCain a close second.

1. Its hard to answer the health care question with no single-payer option.
Dodd isn't doing any better in the polls than Kucinich. What a joke.

3. lol @ the Social Security privatization question.

Every single one is some variant of "no, I oppose that."

And too many answers to too many questions are vague "I will insist on a responsible solution" pap.

And, well...no DK. Stupid.

5. Several questions were like that.
Its just pathetic that no one in the news industry knows what questions to ask.

4. This quiz is horrible.
I'm not even going to finish. Many answers are the same because they don't ask the right questions that separate the candidates from eachother.
Many of the questions are adopted from the conservative talk radio agenda instead of issues that Democrats care about. There's no excuse for including Dodd but excluding Kucinich. Kucinich does very well on quizzes of this type so his exclusion smells like another attempt by the corporate media to limit the terms of debate. I'm really sick of the corporate media skewing the debate.

7. Typical of the Post's role as national stenographer
Why bother offering any analysis of the candidates' positions? Just reprint their answers verbatim and let the voters sort it out. What a pile of crap.
