1. It's Now Political Suicide

Thank the CIA for putting a major turd in Crashcart's punchbowl...I don't see an Iran attack any time too soon now (note the word NOW). Any move into Iran would meet with tremendous resistance within the military, and, believe it or not, with the Repugnicans. While they talk a tough line, every candidate must dread having to both support and justify any further military games.

Since the NIE came out, the drumbeats have died down, but this regime remains a caged animal and doesn't act in rational ways. Impeachment doesn't scare this regime...if they want to press the issue to bomb Iran, they will.
