Hey, CBS - if you're going to air a protest song

try not cutting it off in exactly the place that makes it sound like a pro-war song! (And not only that, but a song that hearkens back to Bush ill-advisedly calling his fiasco a "crusade.")

Caught the tail end of their morning show and was greeted with this:

It's not an anti-Iraq or anti-Bushco song per se, but it's certainly a pro-little guy, anti-establishment song. Naturally, *that* part didn't make it on the air.

And, yes, I know, my own fault for watching the M$M..... ;)

1. I should have known - it gets worse

Dear Katie is going to be interviewing Billy Joel on the song tonight. Ugh.

As an anti-war song, I personally think it's pretty lame (admittedly I don't know Billy Joel's history re this war, having not listened to his new stuff since the 80's). An anti-war song just now that doesn't mention the *cause* of this one is letting the people responsible off the hook, it seems to me.
