1. It's the drugs
You would think under
those lights, his pupils
would be tiny. They are
rather large for the amount
of light in the room.
Downers, man, downers.

2. Kee oh toe is probably how it's spelled on his speechifying papers
Edited on Thu Dec-20-07 10:42 AM by DS1
They spell things out phonetically for him, because he's a fucking piece of shit moron

edit: for this:
Pronunciations for President Bush's friend French President Sarkozy "sar-KOzee" appeared in draft #20 on the UN website. Other pronunciations included the Mugabe "moo-GAHbee regime" and pronunciations for countries "Kyrgyzstan KEYRgeez-stan" and "Mauritania moor-EH-tain-ee-a."

4. What's with the jaw thing? He keeps pushing his jaw in and out.
Beyond that, I can't stand him. He thinks he's funny but firm. He's horrible.

5. I think it's the lobotomy.
This 'thing' they throw before us reminds me of Jack Nicholson in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest".

7. yeah I see it as he is having to concentrate on the tweaker jaw so as to not let it show
and that takes too much of the processors time when they have to concentrate like that. so I say its an overload situation we have here

he's out of here now though

9. Someone is feeding him the answers.
It is so friggin obvious that he is not able to make a complete sentence without someone telling him what to say.
