2. Turley is right... and the MSM just ignores a Constitutional Law Scholar.

The maneuvers we are seeing exposed have a lot to do with avoiding prosecution for war crimes once Bush leaves office.

But in the meantime, we are seeing the curtain pulled back ever so slightly and there are the controls are the NeoCons instigating and instituting every manner of criminal activity for their own selfish interests and to promote their insane ideology.

It is unbelievable that these crimes are so clearly delineated and explained by an expert on Constitutional Law and the MSM cannot find time to report on it(but they spare no expense to report on Britney and her sister).

It really shows you more about the MSM and its agenda than about the Bush Administration --since none of us are surprised that they are capable of this.
