2. Yeah, there is. The two aren't similar except on the most basic general level
A fire occurred that seems very suspicious and has likely political benefits to some extremely shady individuals. The effects and facts of the Reichstag fire are on a rather different scale and had a different use and impact than the Eisenhower Building fire is likely to. On the most basic level, yeah you can see some similarities. Not sure how drawing that comparison is very useful, other than the fact that bad people can do bad shit with fire.

to blame it on yet? Till then, probly just cleaning house, sometimes bleach isn't strong enough to get the blood out.
