A friend sent me this today, thought I'd share. This sums him up quite succinctly imho....

He's the Aspergian savior
Socially isolated, literalist white men who don't understand human behavior or motivation, but are quite attached to the pure idea(l)s. Ayn Randists, militant anarcho-vegans, cyborgs, anti-tax crazies - all of them latch on to this guy. He has sway with the leftist greenies I know, which is bizarre, since he would spell the end of the EPA, etc, so kiss your clean air/water goodbye.

I don't like Ron Paul. He seems like an honest man with a bunch of really bad ideas. I want Edwards to be president, but any of the other Democratic candidates would be okay too.

For openers, there are plenty of people on the Asperger's/autism spectrum aren't white men. (How else did we end up with an "AspieGrrl"?)

I've never had the pleasure (?) of seeing video of Dr. Paul, and so can't even make a Fristian pseudo-diagnosis. I can, however, tell you that "Guess who has autism/Asperger's?" is a favorite parlor game in our nascent subculture; I once read speculation that Al Gore might be "one of us"!
