OK , Mitchell was on CNN this morning to discuss his steroid report

He was asked if it was likely that any of the named players would be prosecuted criminally because, after all, steroids are illegal. His response was that they don't usually prosecute the end-user, just the distributor and/or supplier.

That's nice. So, why is it that if Average Joe or Average Jane get busted doing drugs (not selling them - they are the end user) they get prosecuted with possession, but men who get paid millions of dollars to play a sport don't get prosecuted for possessing a substance that turns their limbs into tree trunks, their heads into bowling balls, and their testicles into raisins?
