Be it resolved that the Constitution is threatened by a well-organized and funded group or groups and therefore, all Americans are threatened by their Government, We the People hereby proclaim that a moratorium be declared on legislation that We the People, who are the superiors in charge of the House, deem unnecessary, trivial, and/or offered for the gratification and/or publicity of a minor group not representing a legitimate concern of the People of the United States.

A “Yea” vote shall indicate that the Congressperson believes that the House has more important People’s business of which to attend.

A “Nay” vote shall indicate that the Congressperson is beholden to Special Interests, often of the most trivial sort.

primarily because I feel this resolution proclaims a moratorium on something that would have to be voted on to determine if it is unnecessary or trivial...and by a much larger body than the Congress...

But fun otherwise...too bad we can't just vote on stuff that matters...
