3. Is there anything that America can do to staunch the flow?
"New York already has three flights daily to Dubai. But why now Houston? Halliburton is moving its headquarters to Dubai. And with that move, huge bundles of taxpayer cash are exiting the U.S.

Now it will be easier for Halliburton's execs to shuttle their money to Dubai.

This great news for Halliburton comes on the heels of its championship performance in the Center for Public Integrity's "Windfalls of War" series. The CPI's Bill Buzenberg compiled a list of the top 100 private contractors in the Iraq and Afghanistan debacles."

4. This is not surprising.
I have always felt that the OPEC cartel in the ME, headed by Saudi Arabia, are our defacto rulers through Dick Cheney. This is why we haven't found Osama. There is a hands off policy as a favor to the Saudis that keeps him from being brought to justice. If he's in fact dead, that is being kept from us as a favor to the Saudi family of Osama as well.

I hope everyone writes their Senators and Congressman about this one and what they intend on doing to stop the flow of cash to Halliburton et al there. It seems to me that we need embargo laws either enforced or drawn up to stop this flow of taxpayers money to what is now a foreign company in my eyes.

for some time... It's about code sharing and synergy... not a conspiracy.

There are plenty of other things to get Dick Cheney on... this is not one.

Emirates also flies into Newark? What's the conspiracy there?
