The dem congress critters may have been telling us that impeachment is off the table so as to not look too overzealous to impeach these bastard as they know the re:puke: will try to spin it that way. Them knowing all alone that the bush/cheney cabal will become more bolder as time passes and finally something will stick and then the American people will loudly start screaming impeachment and then they will do it. Not having votes was only an excuse to buy time so that the crimes they knew would be coming would come.

The day in July when he had all those impeachment activists in his office arrested I literally cried.

He was our best hope.

At this point, I think it is going to take a scandal - a big one - to get them thrown out. I don't believe enough of our Dems have the spine it takes to stand up to these bastards. But if they piss off the republicans, we just might see some action. :hi:
