but I am reasonably intelligent, like most people I suppose.

I watched the presser today, and more than ever before, I took due note of his mannerisms and body language. What I was once able to laugh at, now scares the shit out of me.

Aggressive posturing. Off-hand responses to serious issues. Always defensive in his answers. And the worst...the spinning of an issue into something so false that a third grader would question it.

If he were speaking in a language I did not understand, and I were only able to judge his expressions and movements, one word would come to mind. "Crazy". And this is probably how the rest of the world sees HIM, and therefore, US.

How I wish ANYONE in a position of power in this country would make an IMPORTANT issue his or her own, and bring it to the forefront on our TV's every night. You know, maybe something like the lack of universal health coverage for all of our people.

I guess I don't want to hear about Iran anymore.

1. I also think the rest of the world is aware of his craziness and is sort
of giving us a pass until at least, the election. I'm in Florida and met a lot of tourists in the last three months. Many from England, they wish us well, understand our predicament, they lived through Blair. They're hoping for a Dem President and sort of laugh off Bush.

2. He looks like he's had a few mini strokes, IMO. But he's 'deballed' I think. NT

3. He's a cornered animal. Others of his political species are turning on him.

Dangerous, dangerous, dangerous.

Edit: Subject changed from "shunning" to "turning on" him.
