WTF???? More than any other president, this ass has used recess appointments in ways that they were NOT INTENDED. Recess appointments should be used only in cases of emergency while the Congress happens to be absent, not saved up and sprung on an absent Congress to impose appointments of candidates that the legislature has clearly indicated they will NOT approve.

And he wants them to "get back to work" while he spends 1/4 of his time either at Camp David or down at the Plastic Ponderosa?
