3. No focus on needs of consumers

It doesn't address affordability, coverage for all, ease of use, accessibility or whether all consumers will receive the same standard of high quality affordable care.

Even more important, it doesn't discuss portability - providing affordable care to people who are suddenly out of work, sick and can't afford care.

It needs an entire section devoted to consumer driven aspects of health care reform. Consumers are the ones who use and pay for the system - it must meet their needs.
