2. He has a good chance
The couldn't link any of the murder weapons to him, other than the fact they were found on his property. And there was always so many people coming and going there that the defense made a good case suggesting there are more people involved, and they're right. That's the other scary part.

5. Circumstantial evidence isn't a hindrance to prosecution. At least not here
in the good old US of A.

Ask Scott Petersen. (And don't anyone think I'm defending the guy. I'm just saying they couldn't connect him directly to his wife's murder either. But he sits on death row as I type.)
