Is Bush really doint a lot to fight AIDS?

Yesterday, during the hostage report, Blitzer, for some reason, interviewed that Paster from the Mega church in Orange County - Rick Warren(?)

And he said that of all the candidates invited, Clinton was the only one who came and talked about AIDS (Obama and Edwards sent videos). And said that Bush has done the most to fight AIDS.

And I am not here to praise Bush, but wonder, in term of sheer numbers, whether there is a kernel of truth to it. Certainly a major improvement from the time that Reagan considered this a problem of homosexuals.

(By the way, I think that Obama did appear at that church some months ago, but not to talk about AIDS).
