That WUKY is a local NPR station. It's very good. It's one of the oldest, if not the oldest College Stations. Adult Rock. It's not Real Audio.

10. I joined in after it ended, but early enough to catch the first caller.

It's interesting that the first call chosen by the moderator was on the Republican line, which happened to be a Democrat because the Democratic line was too busy. This tells me that the moderator was more anxious to hear from a Republican than to pick up the "busy" Democratic line with a string of callers waiting to be heard.
