5. It's spin spin spin all the time at CNN
don't you know we're supposed to be all interested in some woman shaving her head? That's like WAY more important than life and death, you know! :sarcasm:

So look at the headline, which is calculated to make Joe Sixpack think, "The Dems lose again" and go back to the game.

9. There was some DU spin
on the CNN web site this AM. The main page had a link titled "Doctor plays Whack-A-Mole on Bush's face", linking to a story about *'s mole removal procedure.

6. Note to Reid.. Never start a war you can't win.
Edited on Sat Feb-17-07 06:55 PM by SoCalDem
he should have called THEIR bluff by saying the minorty party has no intention of honoring the public's wishes, so the democrats and republicans who do not support the surge will issue a signed document stating their non-support..and then the senate should have just gone back to the business at hand.

he could have also reminded people "out there" that in '08 with 5 or more democratic senators added to the present count, the pig headed ass-kissers will not be able to defy their wishes any longer.

They are going to pay like never before. They must really have their heads up their asses to not have any realization of what they're doing to themselves and their party. Good riddance!
