What do you DU'ers who've been listening to Air Air America Tonight Thinking?
Why is Bobby Kennedy rehasing Gore...and talking about how the Press Trashed him in the past? He has Eric Boehlert talking about "Lap Dog Press" after Gore...

Is this a Repeat...or is Bobby pushing Gore and wanted this show to repeat over "TG" to urge Gore to come in...at some point in the future?

The "AAR" show has focused on what we are up against with the M$M (whore media) and how hard it is to get our voice out there. But...given that it's "TG" Weekend...is this just so old...and Gore isn't running and we know that Murdoch is buying it all up so we should give it up and HOPE FOR "Clinton REDUX?"

 Is this OLD or "Hoping" on AAR?

1. Wish I had heard it... here's a link to the website
and it doesn't appear to a rerun. Some of the guests listed may have led the conversation in that direction.

Josh Silver , from Free Press, has the latest on the FCC and media consolidation story.

Evgenia Peretz , from Vanity Fair magazine, takes us back to 2000, and shows us how Gore lost the media’s favor.

Eric Boehlert , from Media Matters , shows the latest media preoccupation with Democrats personal lives.

I am all for 'hoping' on AAR. Did they discuss any of the press hits on the other DEM candidates?

2. Bobby Kennedy endorsed H.R. Clinton. I think it is more about preparing for 2008.
Edited on Sat Nov-24-07 07:03 PM by Mass
Many Clinton supporters have been saying that what is done by the media with Clinton is the same thing than what happened in 2000.

Now, this is nothing new. They did the same thing in 2004 (and many Democrats helped, just like they helped with Gore... May be this time they will have learn the lesson, whoever is the nominee).

Boehlert's book is somewhat old, so it may be a repeat too.

3. WHYTHEN..would Bobby and AAR do some BIG THINGY about Gore over "TG" Weekend
going on about the M$M's TRASHING of Gore...if Bobby has already endorsed his Candidate..
It was STRANGE!

11. I thought it sounded old...but why now? BTW...I have Boelhert's "Lap Dog Press"
and it's a good read. It follows up on Eric Alterman's book from way back "What Liberal Media" but is a refersher for those who wanted to know the latest. I have it on my nightstand...and when I get angry...I open it up and re-read it.

I don't know how Alteman and Boehlert keep their sanity...when they've been writing and writing about the Whore Media and it gets even WORSE...every day. It's not easy to write one's guts out and see that it's made little difference in "correcting the problem." Their hope, I guess, is that more and more readers will Spread the Word and buy the books and understand how our Media is so Corrupted that it's like PRAVDA from the former Soviet Politboro.

10. But...of all their shows...why would they pick THAT ONE? That's what I wonder...
is Bobby hearing something about Gore...that he'd pick this particular old show for re-broadcast?
