Why is it that just because they are the government...they feel they know whats best for all the rest of us....What gives them all this special knowingness..??

I am sick and tired of the f'ing BS....

Everything that comes outta their mouths has been, for the most part, LIES....Why follow..Why believe them.....why should we trust them?..Have they earned it?

they don't even uphold the laws they themselves voted on..

maybe you'd get that representative government you crave.

People don't vote. I never miss an election. Too many people, though, think it's a 'once every four years' type exercise.

recently it seems that we need to be with them or against them....lately..I have been against them...

5. Well, that's "our" fault for not voting them out. But I don't agree with

the premise that 'they' know best. I vote for the ones that come closest to MY views--I don't modulate my views to be closer to them.

With all the election fraud that happened in 04 in Ohio (for example)...how can one be so sure that their vote for the person who they feel best represents them is counted..

8. You can only cheat in elections around the MOE.

If you have a MOE of three points, and a one or two point difference in candidate support, it's easy to throw a race.

Once you get outside the MOE, though, it's harder.

I suspect if more people were 'likely' voters, that election would have gone Kerry's way.

Just for the salutary effect it would have on the others. Didn't there used to be some ancient cult where they killed the king at the end of the year? Sounds like just the thing. Clearly, taking impeachment off the table was a big mistake.
