15. I believe the buttons are not buttons at all
they are medication, Xanax pressed into molds and sewn onto her clothing for emergencies, like when she opens a bathroom door in the White House and finds Condi going down on Bush, GOBBLE GOBBLE.. makes all the bad thoughts go away on the SPOT!

I swear to god her clothes are designed by the same person who makes Mao's clothing...
