We knew the rovians would find something, anything to use as the big wedge issue for 2008. But how in hell do they get the SCOTUS to hear the first gun rights case in 70 years?

This is pure and beautiful Rove. Whatever they do, however it goes, it is a lose lose situation for the Dems on 2008.

What ever they have to say is the way it is.

Remember, every citizen is under the Constitution, not just republicans or Democrats. This is an important decision.

I already own a rifle, shotgun and an revolver. For those of you who don't, you had better consider if you might need one in the coming years. Wait too long to buy one and you might not get another chance.
