1. That "US Army" and "US Navy" is INDIVIDUALS in those professions, just so you know.

It isn't some asshole at DOD writing a gubmint check to the guy.

People send money because they WANT access. That's all it is. Doesn't mean they're gonna get it. They also send money if they like the way you voted on a near/dear issue, and they are hoping you will do the same again.
