Haha! I just realized that Chris Matthews' "HA" laugh is on Olbermann's "Oddball" segment
He always plays some 3 second jingle that ends with some guying yelling "HA" just before he starts the daily "Oddball" clip. I think that's Chris Matthews! Next time "Countdown" is on, listen for it. Did anyone else catch this or am I late on this?

3. a long time ago i said that and was promptly told "Thats woody wood pecker"
and i said "No it's Chris Matthews" and they kept telling me i was wrong, well they aren't here anymore so to them i say HA!
