State Dept. officials have decided to contract out "diplomat" positions in Baghdad to Blackwater. Effective immediately new "Blackwater diplomats" began deploying at the sprawling American Embassy in the latest models of armored humvees and repelling from ropes below hovering "Blackhawk" helicopters....

Asked for comment as to the new plan, SecState Rice said.."This is a win/win for everybody. No one is forced to Iraq and Blackwater gets to practice their diplomatic skills using the latest weaponry the American taxpayer can provide for these private contractors"....
