The grand plan to relieve airport congestion during the holidays...
Motherfucker George Bush believes that we are brick stupid. First off, Motherfucker, the "opening up of offshore military areas" is opening up Warning Areas, which are already open unless the military is using them. Second thing, Fuckface, I'm sure that all the airlines are going to reprogram their fleet's FMS' because you magnanimously opened up offshore training areas to relieve congestion, yeah, right, stupid. Finally, the problem with congestion, Fuckwit-Dumbass-Shitstain Non-Pilot, is a lack of concrete and the hub and spoke system.

But of course you are too stupid, and did I mention never a pilot, to understand this, Asswipe. Oh, and you might want to work on your ability to stand like a normal human being, Motherfucker.

3. Well, he can't very well wiggle his nose and magically add
four new runways at each major airport, nor can he upgrade our ancient ATC system by himself. And while the warning areas area are already open, they still require FAA clearance to be granted; this is just to cut down on a bit of bureaucracy. I'm glad he's actually doing something marginally useful (however marginal it is) rather than spending every waking hour figuring out how to waste more money in the middle east.

5. No clearance is necessary....
From the AIM:

3−4−4. Warning Areas

A warning area is airspace of defined dimensions, extending from three nautical miles outward from the coast of the U.S., that contains activity that may be hazardous to nonparticipating aircraft. The purpose of such warning areas is to warn nonparticipating
pilots of the potential danger. A warning area may be located over domestic or international waters or both.

Warning areas are like MOAs, non-regulatory. IFR traffic will be separated from military aircraft if possible and if not the civil traffic will be vectored around the area. Incidentally, only Victor airway (below 18,000 feet MSL) that will be affected is V3 and that's only in Florida. Since the airlines fly well above the vertical limits of the Warning Areas, on Jet Airways, they will simply drive on without the additional bullshit "help."

Nope, I disagree, Basileus, Motherfucker George Bush is trying to punk us again with his horseshit.
