'Right out of the Republican Playbook', eh, Hillary?
Pointing out one's opponent's varying positions on THE SAME ISSUES within a matter of days (depending upon the audience, of course), or even minutes.. not so 'out of the Republican Playbook' to me.
Refusing to answer whether or not you're willing to raise the Social Security cap, calling it a 'tax on the Middle-Class', to save the program..THAT'S 'right out of the Republican playbook',IMHO.
Voting for Kyl-Lieberman; declaring that WE KNOW that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard is responsible for killing our military personnel in Iraq, essentially giving the current pResident exactly what he wants: a justification to continue his deadly Iraq folly, and perhaps positioning the Neo-Cons to attack Iran... now THAT'S a 'page out of the Republican Playbook' written by the War Pig Cheney himself.
Seems to me Hillary is the one with intimate knowledge of 'the Republican Playbook' (and, say, isn't accusing one's opponents of smear tactics that you, yourself, are actually employing, an entire sub-chapter in the 'Republican Playbook'?)
I submit that we allow the Republicans to keep their goddamned diabolical 'playbook', AND their Repub-lite candidates who utilize it so freely and often.
7 years of this bullshit has been enough, thanks.
NO MAS.

1. Like everything she does, that response was carefully calculated.
We need authenticity in the White House, someone with the confidence to simply say what they feel without having had the words weighed and pasteurized. Hillary's just too calculating for me.

2. Calculating?
That seems refreshing compared to the "misunderestimating" we have suffered the last 7 years!

5. I disagree
They twisted and distorted the truth about themselves as well as about Clinton in an attempt to smear her. She is right: talk about the issues.

But for Obama to suggest that Clinton does not answer a question--and then to stumble and stutter and avoid answering the same question he accuses Clinton of not answering is hypocritical, dishonest, and right from the republican playbook.

Good for her.

And for Edwards to reinvent himself and then accuse Clinton of changing her mind on issues, is dishonest and hypocritical.

She uncovered the lie: good for her.
