1. This poll shocked me
when i clicked on the thread, i thought to myself, "well they always choose Edwards, so no surprise to be had here." But to see Obama win so convincingly here really surprised me.

2. Kucinich is third in the pack
Think this guy doesn't have a shot? I think people are doing another take on this guy.

This guy does well in polls by the posters.

Even the little "fun run" has him kicking ass

5. Still has no shot
This is still the dailykos, which like DU is much more his territory than the rest of the party.

4. Due to the time difference, I didn't see any of it
But, I read David Swanson's article on it.

Wolf Blitzer--is he REALLY that much of an ass, or
does he get his marching orders from above?

The best line I saw reported in Swanson's article goes
to Kucinich, hands down:

"When WB finally turned to Kucinich, rewording an audience member's question, he said 'You were the only one who voted against the PATRIOT Act...'

'That's because I read it,' Kucinich interjected to huge applause."

But I was encouraged to see that more of the candidates refused to answer stupid questions
because they were stupid questions, and indicated it if not coming right out and saying so.
THIS is the sort of thing I would love to see more of. If the MSM wants to avoid a serious
debate on issues (understandably enough, as the right wing loses badly if they are brought up
and addressed directly by candidates), then the candidates should avoid the MSM and go directly
to the people. Is the question ridiculous? SAY SO! And then address something else, something of
consequence. Like Swanson said, Wolf Blitzer lost. It's about f***ing time.
