My impression, FWIW, is that there is not nearly as much anti-Hillary venom as there was last time.

She must have given a better performance than last time...judging by the threads here at DU.

( I didn't watch. My local little rural football team was engaged in fighting a huge Minneapolis goliath for the state semi-final championship. We got creamed.)

6. Well, last time, this entire site errupted for 24 hours. I'm not seeing that now.

She did a great job last night. Maybe why the vitriol is down today.

3. She did well, I don't understand the hate some dems have for her?
Hate is a very strong emotion, it doesn't make too much sense.

8. Some people desperately need change
and know more tax credits aren't going to cut it. Or more saber rattling at foreign countries. Or more compromises with the lobbyists. She isn't relevant. Her crappy DLC policies are.

10. No, this hate seems irrational at best, it seems contrived and a bit unorganized.

The hatred displayed towards Hillary is close to that of which I read from conservatives back in 1998 and 99 and I don't understand it all coming from a dem or even a liberal, seeing such responses on say Hannity's blog would not be as surprising to me, her voting record on Liberal causes is well know and satisfying.

I know that some of her policies of late leave much to be desired and reek of a corporate love affair but then again sometimes I think she is playing a political game, a very careful but dangerous one and that in the end, should she covet this nations highest office, the person I once thought her to be will be let loose and woe to those that are caught unaware and woe to her if they make he pay for her betrayal..

I admire her you know, I think she has taken more hits than babe ruth and yet never quit the game and will surely beat the current record before she lays down the glove, you have to give credit where credit is due.

Her normal corporate tool self. If you go for that kind of thing.

Sorry about your football team. But at least your kids were in there fighting!

Guess where it's coming from?

Congrats.
I want a peacenik anti-corporate-control type in the White House, so I'd be disappointed on my 2 biggest issues.
That being said, I think she'd be competent and moderate-to-good on environmental, labor, and economic issues. I'd like to find out that her require-people-to-buy-insurance approach was just a temporary ruse and that she'd drop it in favor of nationalized health care. And it would be an added plus to have a woman as president.

Edit: I did see only the last 45 minutes, and most of them did very well. It would be such a relief to have any of them in office after the last 8 horrible years.
